Christopher Ringenberg

Chris is principal and founder of Fish Capital Investments and oversees strategy, market research, investment analysis, acquisitions and asset management. Chris can best be described as a real estate technologist. He has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investing, brokerage, asset management and specializes in technology by developing systems and analytic models to evaluate and scale portfolios. He believes that real estate is the best asset class for passive income and long-term wealth.

Chris’ 20 years of experience comes from the several dynamic roles he has filled such as Director of Operations of Global Customer Solutions and later the Vice President of Strategic Business Systems, as well as consulting for Prologis, the world’s largest industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Chris also spent some time consulting Global Logistic Properties, another global industrial REIT, in developing their leasing platform. After travelling the world multiple times over and wanting to spend more time with his family, Chris settled back into Colorado and became Chief Operating Officer for Red Dot Storage, a private equity owned self-storage owner and operator. After his time there, Chris decided to bring his passion and experience into Fish Capital Investments where he can bring people together in sharing the value creation and enduring wealth that real estate has to offer.
