Eddie brings over 20 years of real estate development and management experience to Fish Capital. Previous to taking over the family development business he was part of a team that underwrote over $250M in HUD insured multi-family loans as well as historic rehabs in Downtown Denver (the Boston Building, the Bank Building/lofts, Denver Dry Goods to name a few). The team at Silverstate Financial syndicated tax credit projects in excess of $100M and also serviced HUD loans of over $50M. This work in the FMNA, HUD and conventional mortgage world gave him a solid foundation when he took over the family business in 1998. Since taking over the reins the family business revenue has increased nearly 60%.
